Quick Caesar Salad Dressing

This is the quickest caesar dressing but still tastes amazing!
The shortcut is using mayo instead of raw eggs, which also makes this pregnancy friendly!

Quickest Caesar Salad Dressing
3 T olive oil mayo (or your favourite)
2 cloves of garlic grated or finely chopped
2 dashes of worcestershire sauce
2-3 T of lemon juice (1 fresh lemon approx.)
1 1 inch squirt of anchovy paste (optional but it makes it that much better)
2 T finely grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup or olive oil
salt and pepper to taste


Mix everything in a measuring cup or small bowl using a whisk or immersion blender. Add enough olive oil to bring it to a consistency you like.  The 1/4 cup is usually a good place to start but add more or less depending on how thick you like your dressing




**HINTS** I use my microplane for making this dressing to make everything super speedy. You can use it for the garlic and the cheese. The one I've linked it just to show you what you can use.  I find this to be an essential tool in my kitchen. It make garlic, cheese and zesting a breeze!
