Homemade Dunkaroos - or Chocolate Dipping sauce

Hello again!

This homemade dunkaroos is a great treat for kids and an even better treat for adults, although I usually call it chocolate dip/spread for the 'big kids'.
It's SUPER easy to make, very tasty and people love it! Works out great at dinner parties or for a nice sweet treat.

I recently used this at a grey cup party and paired it with shortbread cookies and some little wafer cookies. It was an easy, non-messy end to a delicious feast. There were lots of ooohs, awws and 'yummmmm this is amazing's, so try it yourself.

Chocolate Dip
2 Bars Chocolate (200g) (I prefer the Lindt Seasalt or Mint dark chocolate)
enough heavy cream to almost cover (3/4 c - 1 c)
1 Tbsp butter (not margarine)

Directions
1. Place a glass bowl over a pot of barely simmering water - DO not let the water get IN the bowl.
2. Put chocolate in the glass bowl and pour enough cream over to just about cover
3. Add butter and let melt together until you have a gorgeous shiny chocolate sauce.
4. Place in small bowls and let cool at room tempurature
5. Serve with your favorite cookies and enjoy!!
