Lemon chicken and Tuscan White beans

Now this was one of my favourite meals most recently. I call it Ina, most because the recipes were from the Ina Garten 'How Easy is That' cookbook. I didn't know what to expect from the meal as a whole.
The White beans had fennel in them, which I was worried about, and then chicken was claiming to be Lemon chicken, which I hold high standards for a nice LEMONY chicken.
Overall, I was blown away at HOW GOOD everything was. I didn't change anything or make any substitutions and the peas were simply green peas with butter and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

The beans have no become a go-to favourite in our house, and the fennel adds the nicest flavour which a slight texture to offset the complete softness of the beans.
