Keto Instant Pot Chili
Quick, easy , tasty
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- Half Yellow Onion, finely diced
- 1 Green Pepper, finely chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Can (14.5 oz) Canned Tomates, Diced
- 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 cups (Fresh) Chopped Spinach (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Cayenne
Instructions
Press the Saute button on the Instant Pot and wait for it to heat up. Once it's hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add onion, garlic, and green pepper, stirring constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onion starts to become translucent.Add in beef and pork, along with 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Brown the meat and break up with a spatula.When meat is cooked and no longer pink, add in all the spices; chili powder, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, and cayenne. Mix well and allow the spices to cook for 1 minute.Add in only the diced tomatoes and stir well allowing the liquid to reach the bottom.Lock the lid and press the "Manual" button and set the timer for 15 minutes. Once the chili has finished cooking, press the cancel button and quick release the pressure. Taste the chili and adjust the seasoning to your taste.Additional Toppings:
