Bake-able Cauliflower Poutine
Ingredients
  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 2 bags Squakers Cheese Curds
  • 2 cups Keto Gravy
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 FCut cauliflower first into large florets and then slice into 1 cm slices. Mince GarlicPlace cauliflower slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Garlic. Mix to coat each piece of cauliflower with oil and spices.Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and flip cauliflower pieces. Put back in and bake for 10 - 15 more minutes until nicely brownedWhile cauliflower is baking, prepare keto gravy.Assembly: Put roasted cauliflower on plate. Top with curds. Tops with gravy. Eat.
